Josh Wolf at Helium Comedy Club

Description: Josh Wolf started doing comedy in Seattle. After moving to Los Angeles, his unique, honest and high energy style of storytelling made him an instant favorite at The Improv, The Laugh Factory and The World Famous Comedy Store. He also caught the eye of network TV. After doing his first one man show at the HBO Workspace, Josh landed a two year talent deal at 20th Century Fox and ABC for his own television show. Although his show never made the air, Josh learned a lot from watching people develop and write scripts. He learned so much that he decided to write one himself and he sold it to NBC. It was titled “Fairly Normal” and it, too, was to have Josh in the starring role. Being bit by the writing bug, Josh wrote on sitcoms for the next four years working on shows like “Yes, Dear”, Will Smith’s “All of Us” and “Cuts” starring Shannon Elizabeth. As he was wondering whether to go back for another season of writing, Josh decided he was tired of making other people funny and he jumped back into stand-up. He immediately got cast on “Last Comic Standing” and was on the season finale as one of the Last Comics Downloaded. Acting roles followed on “All of Us”, he had a recurring role on “My Name is Earl” and he has done several hosting gigs for E! Josh is recurring on the new Fox sitcom “Raising Hope,” and he hosted 2 seasons of “The College Experiment,” a comedic weekly online college sports show for Fox Sports. He regularly tours with, “The Comedians of Chelsea Lately” and headlines clubs and colleges all over the nation. He’s currently a regular round table guest and writer on the hit E! series “Chelsea Lately,” as well as a performer on the new E! series, “After Lately.” Josh is also writing a feature for Sony and Adam Sandler’s production company, Happy Madison. Josh just sold his first book to Grand Central, the publishing house behind the books for comedians Chelsea Handler, Tina Fey and Ellen DeGeneres and it is scheduled to be released in March of 2013. His latest venture is a radio show/podcast with Ross Mathews called “The Josh and Ross Show” which airs on Toadhopnetwork.com, Tuesdays from 7-9 PST and is also available on iTunes.

Erin Jackson at Helium Comedy Club

Description: Armed with a megawatt smile and a pocket full of dreams, Erin Jackson is poised to conquer the world of stand-up. In fact, she’d probably be well on her way to superstardom by now if her friends and family hadn’t spent so many years stealing her joy.

Since making a name for herself at colleges and comedy clubs across the country, Erin has garnered national attention with performances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham. She was a semifinalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and was a featured writer and performer for TBS’s Bitcom Series. Erin has also made several appearances on The Bob and Tom Show. Comedians at Law at Helium Comedy Club

Description: In 2011 four attorneys with backgrounds in government, politics, private practice and business got together to form a business that relied on their collective expertise. But when Strippers-At-Law was a miserable failure they realized, fortunately, that they were also all stand-up comedians. With that realization, Comedians at Law was born. C-section. Because four grown men would have been a very difficult natural birth. Combining their diverse and intelligent brand of humor with a desperate desire not to practice law, Comedians at Law has travelled the country entertaining law schools, comedy clubs and anywhere else with someone willing to cut a check towards five sets of student loans. The group’s four members represent a cross section of law and comedy, but what they all share in common is an unbreakable bond of having disappointed all of their parents. Members of Comedians at Law have appeared on CBS, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Fox and CNN. They are: • Alex Barnett • J-L Cauvin • Kevin Israel • Matt Ritter With over 40 years of combined comedy experience and over 175 disappointed former employers, Comedians at Law always delivers comedy so good it should be illegal. Except for that last line. That was awful. Comedians at Law. Bad at Law. Good at Comedy.
